The culture probably needed to be changed and Powell has definitely done that but it doesn't look to have changed for the better.

I've not felt so low, since the Reggie Bowden 84/5 season. I'm not saying the players are angels. I've no idea if they are (as have 99.9% of the posters on here). I'm just wondering if Powell is the "bad apple".
