This injury that no one has picked up on only us could be like getting a fresh player compared to his cameos and last Leeds season.

Unfortunately for me Bailey went had did something stupid during the off season, he hit my empathy button and now i feel an idiot for panning him, don't get me wrong i think he's an average, squad player but just want to see him knuckle down now.

Sounds like he has got rid of a few demons.... he was never the best prop in the world... But something is telling me we may be pleasantly surprised here.

IF he comes good and can do a decent stint, we will have one hell of a set of props

Done ok for me, he looked like he needs a few matches to get match fit tho.

I wasn't happy with him signg but he looked more focused onbplaying rugby than.playing the pantomime villain. Which was good to see, if he can keep focused and keep on improving could be a shrewd move.

i thought he was rubbish... gave away a few penalties, offered nothing with the ball.. typical smith signing

He needs four to six games in the team before judgement is made, he did ok, we may need him by the end of the season, just needs to get match fit

Shouldn't be anywhere near the team, he just isn't good enough. If he is playing we really are struggling for a side. I would play our youngsters ahead of him any day.

He did OK for me, worth a run of games to see how he goes.

He held his own in a very good Leeds team, he potentially could do the same here.

I thought he did ok at Magic. We should keep in mind he hasn't played in over a year, and was playing injured for a time previous to that with a then undiagnosed injury.

He's probably got till Hughes comes back to stake a claim for a contract next year. I presume our bench up to that point will be Dwyer, King, Bailey, Cox. Let's see how he's doing then rather than writing him off before getting back to full fitness.

We were lucky in a way to get two SL established props on relatively low contracts in Cox & Bailey. I thought then of the two we would only keep one of them in to 2017. At this stage I'd be surprised if we didn't keep Cox of the two, but Bailey is playing for his SL career now. If that doesn't bring out the best in him, nothing will.

What I saw was a guy who was trying, but wqs let down by a body that was not match fit. He gave one penalty I recall.

The one thing so far there's no off the field dramas at present. We may benefit from giving him this chance by him really focusing on getting into the team which he is capable of. Whilst some don't rate like him he has more super league medals than our entire team put together, if he was garbage or just being carried he wouldn't have been there for so long.

I didn't like him and was not exactly happy or understanding why we signed him, however he had my support moment he put the shirt on.and will do.for longer than a few games!
