Sounds like you went in expecting to be told you needed your booklet choosing to show your objection because you didn't agree to it. Going back to the original post and having witnessed the incident I feel you are misleading people so I will give my version of events. Once you was told you needed voucher 14 to purchase your stains ticket your attitude became aggressive, the assistant then offered you an alternative, which was for the staff to put the ticket away for you and then the next time you was passing the ground to pop back in with the voucher to collect the ticket which you refused, and then demanded to speak to the manager, whilst one of the girls was getting him you starting swearing at the other assistant who informed you that swearing won't be tolerated, you responded by then threatening to swear at the manager upon his arrival, you then walked out the shop shouting more obscenities at the assistant about how the shop/club is being run, I hope this sets the record straight for all the readers

can i ask how you know that this exact thing happened and that it was this same poster that is the culprit(for lack of a better word)?

I am interested in the outcome - did you get a refund for your season ticket ?? I am sure that they would be non-refundable.

I can't understand why you would deny yourself a season of RL action on a point of principle. Much better to be angry for a couple of minutes, tell a few mates about what you did then retain the season ticket and enjoy the season. You have got through 4 months of no rugby and got so close to the season.

Must have been in the shop a thousand times and still not been unfortunate enough to receive bad service or unhelpful attitudes - been a bit miffed with the sizing of ISC products but situation always rectified to my satisfaction.
