to be fair Penny wasnt done by fox's pace..the try he was at fault for was a little grubber from cooke who was given as much time as he wanted by the defence to run at penny and then put a kick in behind him ...Penny had to turn round and race fox to the ball he clearly slowed up and waited for the ball to bounce up to him and fox got a foot on it first to kick it in goal and score...

the second fox try Penny makes the tackle on the centre fox does hicks for pace....

if they do a similar thing on sunday with Johnson and King on the wings i'm afraid its a try a soon as the balls left the kickers boot lace......

I can't comment on the game, I wasn't there. I am talking generally.

As I have said, Penny has scored tries that few, if any winger currently in SL can.

Well remembered, I recall we dissected each try in detail on here after Penny got loads of unwarranted flack.

Something tells me that Bridge wont take any part in the game tomorrow.
If the rumors are right that Briers will not be starting the game then Gleeson will have to be in the halves.

With either Hicks or Riley at FB that leaves us King or Johnson on the wing then who are our centres?

I would feel uneasy with Johnson on the wing or King in the centre and I dont think Grix is the best option at centre.

If some of this shuffle takes place I would be happy to see Blythe at centre. Both he and Mitchel look lightweight as SL Back rowers at the minute but at least Blythe has better footwork and pace than Grix.
