Thanks Mum.

By the way anyone who still thinks Lowes has got a future at Warrington after his antics on Friday night must be on crack.

Do we need to get rid of Jimmy who i believe has put a professionalusm into the squad that wasnt there before. What we are seeing are some 'senior' players not responding to the culture of we train hard and play hard and results will come. Not we take our pay home and no matter what we still get paid all year, even if we finish last.
The problem is when you make a stand you need to know where you can take it, get rid of the dead wood or will the board (simon) back the players and get rid of the coach!!!
Fine if we have support for the new coach to deal with the issues or its start again with a new head coach with his hands tied.

Thats exactly what did for pc the board backed a player(s) over the coach and it all went down hill rapidly.

If they now change there mind and allow Lowes to remove the dead wood I will be very suprised, actually in that situation no coach can solve our probles so once again I guess it comes back to the board.

Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

It is a belief I have had for a while, we are a playercentric club. But it is inevitable when we have a squad loaded with experienced internationals, headed up by an inexperienced coach with no track record of success (I include Cull in that definition too). The only way to remedy this is if/when a new coach comes in, it has to be his way totally, what he says goes, regardless of the situation.

OR introduce the concept of a 'director of coaching' as the link between coach (Jimmy) and the board. He has to know that he can remove problems and recruit where he wants. If that is Tony Smith i would leave Jimmy as coach involved with the players and Smith to organise the strategic view.
