I'm from Australia and watch the NRL every week. He is a very good back rower and should have made it in the New South Wales side over the last few seasons. The Tigers are crazy for trying to let him go. He would easily make it in any side in the NRL.
If you guys sign him it will be a great signing for your club.
King started RL at this level pretty late he's got plenty of years left.
Sad to see him go as it would break up our NSW/England backline
Where does that notion originate from? He's still ageing like everyone else, so will still slow down like everyone else, and he'll still lose match sharpness like everyone else and he'll still have longer recovery periods than that of most younger players too (in the main).
correct me if i am wrong, but we have been linked with him previously, maybe 4 or 5 years ago. perhaps we have been keeping an eye on him since.....good player though
Has he really been outstanding? Or just solid and dependable in a well performing side?
He's been really good to be honest, what's really impressive about him is that he at times has played a different position every week and looked equally as good. He's been left wing & right wing, right centre, left centre, left second row. He just does it all so easily.

He's been like Meli, but good.
Meli is actually doing really well at centre. He works hard in bringing the ball away, tackles well and is no longer in a position to cost us the game with a stupid mistake every week. Had he played centre all his career, he'd have done far better than he did starring as a dodgy winger.

He's not really is he, he looked drunk staggering into dummy runners the other night trying to con penalties as he was picking the wrong runner. When you had the ball, he threw it at Foster like a hot potato in impossible situations.
He's better than me, but worse than 99% of SL players*
*excluding Michael Platt.
