It always astounds me how clubs do not let the fans vote on a number of different designs, surely they can be assured of higher sales that way.

Back in the Centenary Season (1995 for the children), Paul Cullen "designed" the Wire shirt which basically had a large custard stain in the middle of it. After that effort I think the kit manufacturers wisely decided not to let anyone other than professional designers near their products again. Mind you that was made by Ellgren who were alse responsible for the Godawful creation for Wigan that featured castles or something...
