| Quote Or thane="Or thane"Hopefully just a bang and sorts itself out in a few weeks. Best case scenario really.
Gives Danny Walker the chance to stamp his mark from the start, and i'm pretty confident in Walker. So not great to lose Clark but lucky to have Walker to take over

Capable of going the whole 80 as well.

| Walker is a very capable 9. Where we'll miss Clark is in rotation / 13, especially as we're missing Kasiano and McGuire is still a week away.
Hopefully Drinkwater is fit as I can see us moving Mata'utia into the second row again.

| I was going to take issue with the suggestion that it is luck that we have Danny Walker to cover. After all it was the club that made a conscious decision to sign him from Widnes and have nurtured him ever since. So time and effort have gone into that process. But, of course, luck also plays its part, look at Keenan Brand who (I think) we signed at the same time. But then the club recognised his limitations fairly quickly. So on balance kudos to KF and the club on this occasion.

All hands on deck. We are a bit thin on the ground in the forwards.

| Quote Smiffy27="Smiffy27"How good is Aidan Doolan going to be?'"
Assuming Clark misses out this week, then Doolan might well get on the bench - unless DP has plans for someone else to fill in at hooker for a while if Walker needs a rest.

| I'd just put Leon Hayes on the bench to cover 9 personally. He looked very capable when he played previously and it's an opportunity for him to get on the pitch this season.

| Walker should be the 9, maybe let Ratchford step in for 5-10 minutes per half if he needs a break.

It’s Ratchford who we should wrap up in cottonwool, not Walker.

I didn't mention wrapping anyone in cotton wool, I'm talking about who is going to give us the best performance over 80 minutes.
