I didn't think that Leeds were too far off tonight, but as we've discovered in recent weeks the difference between looking c*ap and looking like world beaters is very small.

The Leeds 6 & 7 is as bad as you are likely to see. Mcguire is an atrocious player, his organising was embarrassing. he was waving at players to be runners but more often than not he was waving at no one, and if he was waving at somebody they couldn't be arsed running for him.

Burrow tries hard and as still quite a threat in broken play, but I don't really know what position he should play.

and their forwards all look like they are struggling with Arthritis....... Garbutt Galloway and Cuthbertson wow so bad its unreal, add in the ineffective Ferres and JJB who steadily loses his rag as the scoreline gets worse.

I haven't been on the Leeds site but they have to sack Mcdermott surely?

they cant go in to the middle 8's in this form...

B McD's post match interview was alarming...The man could hardly speak being close to tears. It's the first time I've felt sorry for a rival coach. For the sake of his health he should stand down.

Leeds were, at best, pathetic. Pound for pound their worst side I've seen in thirtyodd years.
Us. We did what we had to do (Leeds allowed us to). Should bring us back some much needed confidence.

Which brings us to the Muppet Show. Hemmingsmust be really hurting this morning. His clear anti-Wireness was there for all to hear. I thought he was reaching for the paracetamol and revolver, when Ormsby was judged NOT to have played at that touch finding kick. He even said "sadly" when the video ref agreed. Hardly a dickybird mentioned for 2 dodgy Leeds tries, though.
Add to this, his bringing up of the Stains "hoodoo" for next week, and our long wait for a league title, he really can't hide his disdain for us. Come to think of it, neither can his acolytes. Onanists. I think the volume will be turned right down for next Friday. They're beginning to grate even more.
