I agree but not with the 'get rid of lowes' it seems like the board buy the players and call the shots, the coach has to deal with the team he has. This does not bode well when there are definite 'slackers' who should go to free space for the ever growing strength in youth. We have three years to develop these kids and stop relying on under performers holding the club to ransom.

I thought that there had been a final warning from the mods about posters attacking other posters and shouting them down.

The behaviour of some on this thread is nothing short of a disgrace.

I started this thread so that people could leave quick fire answers and suggestions as to what needs to happen at the wire. I know its slighltly going over old ground but alot of posters have been venting their frustrations by writing/typing chapter and verse. I thought this would allow us to gage peoples opinions in a nutshell so to speak.

If people dont want to contribute then dont post on the thread, simple as that. Its just so childish to come on and start slagging people for no good reason. People may say im a hypocrit, maybe in the past yes but since the mods warning i have turned over a new leaf. If i can do it why cant others?

Im getting fed up of being attacked like this for no reason, will the mods take action against the guilty parties? Probably not.
