Don't disagree with the sanction, you don't argue with the ref you're not going to win, but think it could have been handled better.
Kendal far too often makes the game about himself in a well refereed game you hardly notice the ref.
It should have been talking to then sanction, mouthing off continues get him to you explain if it carries on consequence and then ultimate sanction, he took no chance to diffuse a contentious decision and then went through the gears with the cards. He had gathered no respect from the players so had to rely on sanctions was poor.
