No, you have to referee permanently with an iron fist. We have done this dozens of times: start the season with a blitz of penalties for a certain offence, only for fans to moan that the game is being ruined and giving up after a month.

Also, if you're having a crackdown, coaches should be able to receive fines/bans for repetitive spoiling by their teams.

People with zero knowledge of rugby league would still be able to see that wrench is a better option at centre than matautia. I'm genuinely baffled that he is STILL being selected.

chambers has said they are being extra cautious due to him still recovering from his ACL ???? this is why he is not making the team nothing to do with him thinking the other 2 are ahead of wrench ....

His ACL looked fine when he was scoring 2 against Hull on his first game back. Took him about 45 minutes after a 12 month lay off to score a third of Peanut’s total Wire tries (58 games).
