As I put on here a couple of weeks ago, I was told Dwyer hadn't signed despite me thinking he already had. Since then I've been told that he has, & that he hasn't. Apologies for being cryptic, but I can't say much more on here.

I've mentioned to a few people on here via DM's that i'll write a book about what I know about the club one day akin to Peter Hook's description of running The Hacienda. The Dwyer re-signing (or not) will get a chapter.

Sounds to me that we had signed him under the Powell regime and we have now changed our minds?

A season long loan deal for Dwyer to be arranged without him playing for us again?

No idea what the laws are regarding signings under a previous coach whether you are allowed to back out but if not then sending him out on loan would look bad on the club even if the new new coach does not have him in his plans. Also just seems odd there as been no announcement where he is playing next season for any team since it’s been out there a long time he is leaving Hull.

If we agreed a deal with Powell i/c we will have to stick with it. Dwyer is capable of being dangerous running with the ball but he is prone to the odd disaster & his basic pass from dummy half is iffy.
The idea that Ratchford would be a back up hooker is asking for trouble. Have not seen much of Doolan but I'd be interested to see what those in the know think of him.

Think back how late it was in 21 before we announced bullocks signing, and he was pretty much th4 first rumour doing rhe rounds as Powell first signing. Wigan were playing silly buggers with him, and we couldn't announce it until they had announced he was leaving, as is the good manners and working relationships between clubs

But Hull have long since announced Dwyer leaving so no call to not say he signed for us.
