Just rewatched it. Seems like it wasn't a kick upfield. he did try to kick it out but completely blew it.

Not sure if the fact we are playing Salford today is stirring the memories but one that came to mind was that Kidwell pass at Salford in 2002 that pretty much went straight along the ground, with a Salford player picking it up and running 60m to score. https://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/ne ... zarre-try/

Chris Bridge trying a speculative chip over the top late into a game against Saints, which then gave them field position to go and win the game.

Sonny Bill Williams slipping over the dead ball line at the HJS in a world cup group match, and most of the crowd pishing themselves laughing.
