The only thing I think they've particularly got wrong is Chris Hill not joining Kenny Edwards in the disciplinary hearing. His behaviour towards the referee on several occasions during the game and particularly at the end of the game was unacceptable. They've bottled out of punishing him for that IMO. The correct course of action would be to call him up, tell him it's unacceptable and warn him about his future conduct, but let him off with a ban on the basis of the circumstances. Players have been banned this season just for swearing when a decision was given, not even at the referee. Hill was ranting in his face as he swore and captured clearly on TV, odd that it's not even mentioned.
