Another time in a packed Lion on a Friday night, I must have bumped into him and he swung a punch at me as I walked past, not quite connecting but I felt the draught off it. I remember turning round to see him mouthing "I'll ******* see you outside after".

Think he just liked whacking folk and used RL as a legal means to do it. Fortunately he doesn't know where I live.

Simon Bamber,Ex Wigan? player was shot dead in Widnes around that time.I'm sure Andy Holbrook was also shot but not killed.

It was Lee Bamber who was shot dead in Widnes.
