Hicks has done very well for his age. Most players who come over in their 30's are has beens but he has proved that if they have the right attitude and not just coming over for a final pay day they can suceed.

Giggs is the player of the year and he is far older than Hicks. If players look after themselves. We shouldn't need to scrap 30 year olds just because there getting old and can't keep up.
