take a trip to wembley now...but in reality its not gonna happen with this bunch..maybe in 3-4 years we may be in with a shout when all the dead wood has been cleared out

Is this that 'state the obvious' game? Would you rather get caught in the wheels of a combine harvester or go out for a nice seafood supper with Dorothy Mantooth?

I'd give my left nut to see Wire in a cup final, let alone win one. I'd take a carbon copy of Hull's season last year NOW, especially as we are officially in rebuild mode. If we can get to Wembley I can live with not making the SuperLeague playoffs and being eliminated in the 1st round.

I must admut, I don't get people being so dismissive of the Cup and the GF being the be-all and end-all. Crying it loud, it's been nearly twent years since we made a major final.

I went to the Challenge Cup final last year (on a Beano - ridiculous seats) but I was really envious of the Saints and Hull fans and the experience they had. Naturally the Saints fans were on autopilot (as per) but still, I don't think I'd ever get tired of watching my team in that stadium.

Yes id settle for a final appearance, let's be honest were well of the pace in the league and you cant see it improving anytime soon, another thing is that if you don't finish in the top 4 then you have a mountain to climb in the Play-offs anyway.

There's no relegation so let's right this season off and focus on the Challenge Cup, just like what Hull FC done last year.
