It says more about how poor the rest of the team are, than how good Briers is, that we perform so badly without him.

Personally, I am still of the belief that the moment Briers leaves the better, but at the same time I can say that about a large number of the present squad...With Briers, we are average, without him, mediocre.

Clear out the whole lot, I say...

....I had mediocre as being 1 or 2 rungs down from average...

If you want it clearer though....we are average with Briers, and p!ss poor without....

I hope you are right and only time will tell but for now what im saying is we need lee briers and after he has gone what then how many world class players will want to come to a club who s last final was when and last won a trophy when i hope we have a lot of spare cash in the salary cap

Warrington won trophies before Briers was even born. Anybody who thinks we can't once he's gone are idiots.

Lee Briers is Warrington's very own Bryan Robson....the irreplaceable, inspirational leader of an under acheiving side, once Robson was out of the side, Man utd miraculously turned into world-beaters...

I'm not saying we'll be suddenly cleaning up all the trophies once Briers goes, but let's face it, we haven't torn up too many trees with him, have we??
