Really like that little touch. Seems to be the little things at the moment like the weekly team meals and this issue, which could really bring the lads closer together.

This suits thing was first brought to the attention of the board at at Squadbuilder meeting in 07 if I remember rightly they said then it was a good idea but maybe it has taken the arrival of Tony Smith to actually get them to do it ,it is long over due and T.S seems to be molding them into a TEAM rather than a group of individuals and the future looks bright looking at what T S has introduced in 3 weeks in 1-2 yrs it should be FANTASTIC .
Just goes to show how weak Cullen and Lowes were on the discipline of players side and how Professional T.S really is and what he brings .

I remember Gatcliffe saying he thought it was a good idea and would get onto it. Shows under PC/Lowes it was total lip service as neither saw the benefit. Now we have got a real coach thankfully implementing the changes some of us on here raised years ago.
