How does this fit with players who have been playing in NWC over the Winter? Who are the governing body?

The main aim is to increase participation in the sport, theres no point taking players from 1 club and bringing them in. We have applied for and received grants that will allow us to go in to schools in our area and generate interest so we can be totally self reliant.

We have had inquiries for parents from existing players, and although we are not in a position to exclude anyone we do not want to to harm any club.

The Midlands league is a RFL league, NWC is a BARLA league, our league rules state a player can only be registered for 1 midlands club.
