Thats a really sensible suggestion, i also agree about him lacking a basic understanding of the game as ive said in the past that he just looks like a kid with pace to burn thats been thrown onto a rugby pitch.

In my opinion you can only coach a person so much, a player needs to posess a certain amount of natural ability especially at the top level of any sport to enable that person to progress and kick on.

Loan him to Widnes as Cullen knows his game.

I'm not fishing here but didnt our Ben Cockayne who's not the quickest in our squad absolutely muller him in a 90yrd race down pitch?? I dont know if Penny had an injury or just didnt want to chase back in a friendly but he looked like he was running in sloppy mud while Cockayne seemed to just fly!??

As for King still taking some flak maybe your staff are just not playing the correct way for him to make his mark, go back to his NRL days and they used his size, strength and ability to their advantage, give Matt a game plan that suits him and you'll get a great player.

No. Penny made a tackle on whoever passed to Cockayne.

Cockayne was being chased down by Penny but Penny couldnt keep up, remember it very well indeed because I was waiting for Penny to just open his legs and catch him but fail to make the tackle because he's unable to!!! Penny got to half way and just stopped.

You are talking utter claptrap, as much as i dislike Penny i think you will find that Penny tackled the winger round his legs, unfortunately the winger passed the ball to Cockayne and that was it.

Briers ran from the other side of the pitch to try and catch him but failed.

I see Mitchel has took the knock after the Harlequins game. he must be on Rotation with Blythe. Having seen the clips on Boots n all Mitchel looked like a contestant on its a knock out with some of his tackling. He has all the heart in the world and I am sure he will make a great player but he shows just how much difference there is between the reserves and SL Level. His time will come i am sure.

Briers - I would give a week off not because of all the other stuff that surrounds him but because his kicking (Which IMHO was the only thing keeping him in the team) has been just as poor as the others.
