Weather fans want to believe that we have a culture or not is up to those individuals but for many years players have been out on the town and having house party's etc etc, sometimes the night before a game.
Im sure fans wouldn't be that bothered if they went out after the game and then back to training on Monday or Tuesday but to be going out 2 maybe 3 times a week is completely unacceptable in my book and needs to be stopped asap.

Thats a big story if Tony Smith has identified issues with the overall culture at the club and supports what many people on here have been saying for years ...

I note it has now gone from being a 'drinking culture' to being a 'party culture'. Maybe the players are all tired from playing pass the parcel and eating too much cake.

Personally I think they should be a no booze contract during the season and should be breathalised before training each day (as I heard on of the Oz teams is doing). Its a waste if the first hour of training is just shifting last nights ale. Most blokes would kill to be paid to play sport at that level and get really brassed off when they see the players abusing their talent. Its our job to drink, its their job to play, they are professionals. They can relax when they have finished the season and justified their contract. RANT OVER

What else do you want to call it when people get together and get sloshed in somebody's house.

I like this line:

You hear rumours and speculation, which are probably hangovers from things that have gone on in the past that give people a perception
