I thought he had another assured game tonight. I think we've found his position now and potentially have a very very dangerous centre. Him and King/Hicks could do a serious amount of damage.

Agreed. He needs to keep working on his game & not think he has made it like in the past

If you have SKY+'ed the game go to 63mins 13 seconds and I think you can clearly see that his left sock has rolled down about 10mm further than the right. If you actually pause and zoom in you will see that it is actually as much as 12mm.

Obviously their are plenty of flaws in Bridge's game at centre that the non-observant on here are blind to. Its a good job I'm here to pick them up.

One of the resident clique posted something that in your own words which you use on a regular basis was "The made up fact of the day" when he stated that Chris Bridge and i quote the following where he stated that Chris Bridge had not passed a ball behind Hicks or King or anyone else

Who was it who put Christopher Hicks in for is hatrick against Huddersfield a few weeks ago, with some tremendous left to right passes to put him in the corner?

Chris Bridge has everything to go on to be a top centre, in Super League certainly.

I think you're missing the point somewhat Rob. I think the dig was aimed more at your constant sledging of Bridge and I think we were all left wondering what depths you'd plummet to this week to have a pop at him. As it is, I think you've been quite gratious on another thread and said that he played pretty well, again.

I think its fair to say that in all the positions he has been tried in during his time with Wire, then his present one seems to be his most suited.

Whether this is a permanant thing, or just the result of being in a side that is performing well, is clearly another matter, but at the moment he has that little something special with ball in hand, that can separate good centres from an average centre.

Don't want to appear like I'm going over the top, but with his little step, passing skills, and that burst of speed over the first 10 yards, Bridge could, in time, develop into a Jonathan Davies-type centre....Just remember, Davies, on first entering our code as a Union stand off, took various attempts in various positions, before becoming a top class centre....Bridge, similarly, may finally have discovered his true position.

I like him at centre. Hasnt got the decision making and tactical kicking abailty for a good stand off. Full back he didnt have much of a stab at but I dont think I would ever be really that comfortbale with him under a high ball.

As pointed out above hes got good hands. His footwork followed by that burst of pace can really open up defences. Him and Hicks could strike up a great partnership.

I don't care what position he plays in as long as he's playing and playing for Warrington
He did have a top game though ! ! ! !
