i know that a lot of forum users dispair at mindless personal attacks on other forum users!
i for one find them mildly amusing, so can we perhaps have one thread left open for children like me to insult, abuse or generally "dis" people that enjoy "dissing" back?


for example..... i think Alex pb (pie fool) is a ill informed cretin who comes onto this website spouting purile drivel from time to time but cannot stand it when he gets it back.!

moderators it's obviously your call but bear in mind it may leave other threads "pure" and untainted which appears to be the popular desire.

With all the threads that have had to be deleted, edited or locked lately, a chat/bickering thread may be one way of keeping the rubbish off the more sensible threads.

Whilst personal insults are against the AUP, and are not allowed I don't mind allowing a chat/bickering thread as long as it stays within the rules.

One thing to remember is keep within the AUP and keep the derailment and bickering off ALL other threads.

This is a trial and will be locked/deleted if the Moderators think it is not working or if other threads continue to be derailed or ruined with rubbish.

I've not a clue.

Personally speaking, I've banned just two people in the space of two months. We're not as trigger happy as people think!
