NO! And its not because I hate the little . I've seen him play well only twice within the past year, both against Wigan at Cardiff and the JJB.

He's still the best scrum half in the country on his day. He would do wonders for an underperforming side like Wire or Wigan, as much as you hate him. You wouldn't go wandering off cliffs against Saints with him marshalling you and Wigan wouldn't be as random and lacking in direction if he played for them. He'd also bring the likes of Tomkins through nicely.
