I imagine his experience in Ireland playing in a team with responsibility and a good work ethnic has helped him focus.

Also the fact that under Cullen and Lowes they didnt know how to use him or where to put him.

Plus, he's getting extended runs on the pitch. He only seemed to play the odd 5 or 10 mins at a time in the past. Oh and add his family upset last year that lead to his time off.

He's quite experienced now too. He's the one really who Cull consistently gave gametime too, I know he had off field problems, but when he was available, invariably Cull played him.

Good player, he's progressed exceptionally well since he first broke into the side. Cracking pair of guns, too!

I seem to remember that he missed quite a few games on compassionate grounds, but it looks like he's fully focused on his rugby now and we're seeing the benefit.

I thought he'd picked up a bad injury on Sunday, and was amazed when he came back on.

Looking forward to see him develop further, surely an international in the making.

A few more like him from our lastest academy recruits and we'll be doing well.

i reserve my judgement until he breaks his first tackle in open play.
Him and the 2 Andersons are a long way off Gilmour, Wilkin, Hook and Jones -Buchanon.
