It's easy enough to spend over £50 in there i did the same last year buying flags, t-shirts and allsorts when you start picking stuff up you don't think twice about buying . . . you never know how long it might be to the next time in wembley luckily enough its this year!!!

This topics makes me chuckle as the shop wont even swap my home shirt which has lost all the printing in the wash! It was washed at 40 like it says on the tab yet the manager of the shop wasnt conviced so he sent it away to be "tested"! I wouldnt mind buts its less than 3 months old, anyother shop would give you a replacement!



They do a great job at the shop but sometimes i think they are money minded rather than customer focused.

never had a problem in the shop regarding refunds, changing something that doesnt fit etc, maybe its the way that some people speak to them, ive been polite to them and theve been polite and helpful to me

Same here, never had one ounce of problem with anyone in the club shop for years - and I go in quite a lot.



I was in there yesterday just to upgrade my Hull South Stand ticket - spent £ 2 but was treated with keen attention at a time when they are obviously busy / stressed, top quality service.



Perhaps returning shirts is not high on the priority at present - the throughput in the shop must have increased 100%

My mum went in on friday lunchtime and said it was dead!



Ive got a polo shirt again for the final but the material seems alot cheaper/thinner than last years. At least theres no spelling mistakes though.
