I had a single story ext built in just under a month and that was completed from start to finish in December 06. By Gary Ellison builders from Sandymoore in Runcorn. Very reliable and cheaper than all other builders I tried. I was recommended to him from my brother who had a house built by him in Frodsham. Dont have his number at hand but if your interested PM me and I will dig it out.

Try Ron & Derek Smith. (RF&DJ Smith Builders) They never advertise as they sub-contract to major builders normally. Ron is an ex-player (1972-76 I think)
