I told you lot on here nobody was buying them. Even those Wire fans with very limited fashion sense can see they are poor quality, badly fitting and overpriced. I hope the club and CCC have taken note of the poor sales this year and do a much better job next year.

| I think poor sales can be blamed on alot more than just the alledged poor quality and fit of the shirt.
What about the recession, poor team performances and results early on in the season and also the fact that attendances are down too.
I think shirt sales may be given a boost if/when we make it to wembley.
I'll certainly be buying the primrose & blue for my trip to Wembley  |

It’s a total rip off the way that RL clubs change their tops every season. They should at least do what Soccer clubs do and keep them for two years minimum. The problem is that RL clubs need the annual income but what they fail to realise is that the fans don’t have the wonga to splash out on a new home shirt that is in fashion for 12 months then gets reduced after 6 months!!!
Its crazy!

No, it isn't. No-one is forcing you to buy them! Alot of fans love getting the new shirts, certainly they provoke plenty of discussion on here! And enough fans buy them to make it worthwhile.
It's a rip-off in football when you think how much money the top players are on. But RL clubs struggle to make ends meet and the players are not paid excessively. So the clubs have every right to offer their fans the choice of whether to buy them or not and they have every right to choose whether to or not. |
