Giants Welcome the Wolves : Mon Apr 04, 2011 7:56 am  

The recently formed Giants Supporters Association cordially invite the Wolves' supporters to pre-match drinks and banter at Turnbridge WMC on St Andrew's Road. This is approximately a 5 minute walk to the ground. For those with a taste for proper beer, there is draught beer on sale. You'll also be welcome to commiserate in there afterwards.

Would have been nice if there had been real intent in the invitation and not a money grabbing exercise as evident by the failure to recognise that we are not the wildcats

As we receive no financial gain from your attendance I think this comment is somewhat unjustified.

I invite every club to join us. It was a simple error in the copying and pasting.

The invitation still stands for all genuine fans.

It is a general invite made to all clubs coming to the Giants games. Forgetting to alter the name is hardly a serious crime.

The fact that the supporters association is made up of genuine and real RL fans many of whom have been watching RL for 30 or 40 years should overcome your cynicism.

Cheap good beer, a good atmosphere, mixing with opposition fans before and after the game and safe parking is what RL is all about isnt it

I went in there last season Challenge cup game,paid 20p for admission,Bloody enjoyed myself to..cheers.

Free admission now. You just need to be signed in which we do regularly for people.
