Parents who you can't get off the phone. Just seem to ring, ask how you are then tell you how they are for the next hour whilst you try to find a gap in the one way conversation to say "I've gotta go Mum, I think I can smell burning."

I can't stand it, when Dawn French is descibed as being "larger than life"....NO, SHE'S A FATTY, just say it.

All Rugby League clubs Super League era monikers - Wolves, Warriors, Bulls, Rhinos, Vikings, etc.

Calling teams by oh-so-hilariously altered versions of their names - eg "Worriers" and "Stains" on here, or "Man Ure" on football forums.

Okay they're both sports related, but still.

Also, people called "lefty" who actually express some very right wing views.
