If you park legally you have no problem, what i find most annoying is the people who don't think that 'minor' fineable laws apply to them if they get caught.
If you don't agree with a law stand in your next local election and try and change it or create a pressure group. Just stop moaning. BS walks and action talks.

I was in a good mood til I opened this thread and did so against better judgement.

Some of the attitudes and reasoning on this post are hilarious and scary at the same time. These are the sort of people who shout about people scrounging off the state and then either do jobs for cash or pay cash for them with no qualms. The double standards are breathtaking.

As many others have said, don't break the law and no fine to pay - simple.

(waits for next self-righteous Daily Mail style rant about something or other with no logical basis)

so should i order a new tv and dvd player and xbox and not pay for it and park my car wherever i like ?

What's snotty about being a law abiding citizen ?

If you're on the breadline, why run the risk of getting a ticket or why not use public transport ?

If people didn't commit crime we wouldn't need enforcement costing millions maybe even billions a year.

You are wrong, why can't you see it and just accept it.

Today I had cause to park in the same location as runningman had his probelms on matchday. The only problem I had parking was avoiding all the signs reading - "NO MATCHDAY PARKING - PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY ON MATCHDAYS 11.00am TO 10.00pm"

Not wanting to get into the argument but runningman do you not qualify for a disabled parking pass as you're obviously as blind as a bat if you never saw the signs.
