How the hell could it be a tax on the working man anyway?! Traffic wardens don't only put tickets on cars of those who work, they'll give unemployed people tickets too?!?

The police get paid for catching people who break the law, often after under-cover surveillance - are they sneaky? If they were 'sneaky' to catch drug-dealers would you complain??

As many people who live around the HJ were there before the ground was built they didn't choose to live near a rugby ground. They also won't have chosen to have fans
parking illegally near their homes.
