Masters of our own downfall today, some ordinary performances from players who nearly always offer far more. Wigan deserved their win, I've no complaints.
Had we been a little more composed and disciplined, we'd have been okay. We exploited the weakness in Joel/Charnley and kept going back there. All in all, I thought Wigan were good value for the win, we seemed to offer up too much broken play, and Wigan exploited this, Tommy L was outstanding, head & shoulders best player on the field. We couldn't get the desired ruck speed often enough for Monas, when we did he ran things for us.
