Stay clear of Paddington House, they have a noise limit machine for the music due to moaning neighbours so if you like the disco pumping then this aint for you. Statham Lodge & De Vere Daresbury as 2 of the best venues i have done Wedding discos at for the organisation. Bobbie the coach had a good wedding at the Everglades too if you are based at that end of town.

Merseyside have places far better than cheshire.

Formby Golf Club, Palm House, Crown Plaza, SAS Radisson.

Oh and make sure she's the one

If your thinking non religious there are only so many licensed venues in Warrington. I marry people at the weekend as a assistant deputy registrar via the registry office and outside venues. Ring them if you need any more advice.

Having worked at Statham Lodge and also having had my wedding reception their I'd strongly advise you consider it.

They're very experienced and make your special day perfect.

I'm not sure if the Walkers still own it, or whether Harry still runs the weddings, but either way their your best bet in North Cheshire.

The Walkers do still own it, but Harry left a while back... I worked there for 5 years and will probably be going back after my year abroad, it's a great place and they do put in so much effort to make it as good a day as possible.

Staham lodge seems to be the best looking opition so far.Am ruling out the Fir grove just because the brother in law had his wedding there.Looking for some place different.

noise reduction meter again in that place, and when kids mess near the fire exit all the leccy goes off, pain in the booty for discos although Cinnamon Brow farm is eevn worse

Best social clubs with decent sized function rooms are Rylands, Roosters, Thames Board, Boxworks or British Legions (Woolston & Grappenhall are spot on).

South African woman yeah, she's really nice When i was there they had her and another woman from Hindley (bit of a wigan accent, might be worth steering clear ) doing the weddings between them, and I assume you can choose between the two...

...and, no problems with sound restrictions either, we've had a few weddings there where they've had fireworks displays in the evenings, barbecues etc...
