Forster departs Salford
Prop Carl Forster has been granted a release from his contract with Salford.
Forster joined the Red Devils in 2015 from St Helens.
But the 24-year old has only made 15 appearances for Salford since arriving, playing three games in 2016.
“I would like to thank everyone at Salford for granting my early release," Forster tweeted.
"I would like to thank all the fans for the support in the last 18 months, you’ve been fantastic and I’ll never forget that.
"Also would like to wish all the lads the best this season and beyond.
They’re a hard working bunch and deserve all the success they get and more. It’s hard to leave but I need to start enjoying my rugby again. Thank you
