The Trafford Centre is just a small part of their portfolio but is the most visible, In relation to their other interests is small beer , they own Docks & Airports and have also moved into renewable power 'They've just completed the Largest Land Based windfarm in the UK at Scout Moor nr. Rochdale', I don't think developing our Stadium is top of their list, however I don't believe current financial constrictions will put them off either.
