It will be a massive shame if he does leave, but it wont be the end of the world as some Salford fans will have you believe. I would even have a hefty wager that should we remain in Super League, a Rangi-less Salford Red Devils finishes higher than we did this season.

I was thinking along similar lines. I've only heard rumours of what he's supposed to have done but the beginning of the end at Cas wasn't his off field lapses but the fact that he kept posting pics of himself p!$$ed of his head and missing training the next day. It was as if he was almost saying sack me if you dare.

Ronnie could be on to something here. What I wouldn't give to see Dunemann and Clinch bossing the show at the Shay. For the visitors, of course...

I have only been watching Salford since I was a young kid, so early 90's and trust me I haven't seen anyone who even comes close to Rangi during that time.

Can i throw this into the Rangi subject.

Where does this leave young Theo????

IF Rangi does go, does that then leaves a place free for Theo?, will his mangement and Salford be getting together this week and try and sort out sumthing about him staying, or are we going to be back in the same place when Rangi n Dobson were both out, and we all know what happened then.

Theo has burned his bridges.

If Salford tried or wanted to get him back into the fold they would be basically saying that players can dictate to the Club. Something they've put their foot down with recently.

Wont happen.

No chance, as far as Theo is concerned he is no longer an employee of Salford Red Devils. All we still have is his registration, for the time being. Tribunal expected in the next few weeks to determine the outcome of it all, but it sounds like it will only go one way and that's not Marwan Koukash's and the clubs.

Theo is long gone, told Maitua had money issues already.

Strange mutterings that Sau has been told he can find another club even though he signed an extension? not sure if anyone else as heard this?

Sorry but these mutterings, rumors, murmurs and I heard it from someone I know who knows someone at the club are getting a bit tiresome now.

For one reason only, we now have in Tim Sheens just about the most respected person in rugby league world wide, I can't see that he would tarnish that image by staying if most of these stories were true.

What I would like to know is to what degree agents of players have a hand in all this, Chase turns up late from building sandcastle on the beach in France, pre Sheens he gets away with it, post Sheens he gets disciplined (rightly too, can anyone one of us say we wouldn't get a kicking for doing the same thing were we work?) and all of a sudden the end of the word is nigh.
