330 consecutive Salford City FC games - 30/11/08 to 10/05/14

Excellent 3-0 win and performance at Woodley Sports with Steve Foster and Stuart Rudd (2) the scorers. Next to bottom side Rossensale United lost 0-1 at home to Colwyn Bay which means the gap is now seven points with the Ammies having a game in hand.

Tuesday night's home game against Rossendale United is a true six pointer in every sense.

FC beat North Ferriby United 4-0 yesterday. Youth United Day was a huge success, 3,120 people there to see the match. Great day.

We got the luckiest point in history, drawing 1-1 at Boston with an 88th minute penalty.

Quality stuff.

And yes, the bar at the ground was great. Don't know the official attendance of the game but it didn't seem much over 50.

All the Geordies were in the bar watching the New v Chelsea game. Bloody part-timers.

Salford City narrowed the gap to four points when they defeated next to bottom side Rossendale United by 3-1 at Moor Lane on Tuesday night. The crucial point in the game saw the visitors miss a penalty when leading 1-0 late in the first half with goals from Stuart Rudd, Darren Hockenhull and Steve Moore sealing the points for the Ammies. Got to make comment also on the fantastic atmosphere which had the main stand rocking. Absolutely brilliant following on from a great day out in Hull on Sunday!!

Salford City had to make do with a share of the points with a 2-2 draw courtesy of a last minute equaliser while relegation rivals Rossendale United won at Trafford. The points gap is now back to six with the Ammies having four games left to play with Rossendale one less but with a superior goal difference.

0-0 at home to Nantwich. We were by far the better team and hit the woodwork. Should've won, but never mind. Can still sneak into the play offs. Ilkeston away on Saturday and Bradford P.A. at home the week after. Squeaky bum time.
