What for it to be finished, for them to start on that date or for the club to finally admitthat they arentgoing ahead with the project.

went over barton bridge today,even the trees are starting to grow back now!!I am a season ticket holder of 5 years and am serious starting to think this will never happen!!(hope i'm wrong)

price of steel, cement and labour above the minimum wage threshold has come down over the past 6 months.

most issues now surrounding stadiums are concerns over the next year, the hope that things will pick up must turn into reality before any large projects are begun.

Thats not saying the stadium won't happen, just that it may drag out a little to slow down the risk factors.
