Deduction of 2 points 4 points unfortunately if you are found to have broken the cap to my mind is relegation to the middle 8s and then a 5 point deduction going into the playoffs

That's some foresight from Marwan setting up a company 20 years ago so he could buy a club 16 years later so he could break the salary cap in a sport at the time he had no intrest in.
Read the tribunal it refers to euromartech I'm sure in the last four years you've done the company check.

My understanding was it was dormant and reregistered? Then it's only activity seems to be to do with paying Salford players for "recruitment advice".
To be honest, regardless of the finer details the fact is it has made payments to one player in addition to his salary from the club. It may have been disclosed to the RFL, of course, and be unrelated to the accusations Salford face.

Check euromartech Web page you'll see as I said have been trading for over twenty years and you will see if you check out the seminars they are in the future. So not dormant in the last twenty years or now.
Not the first time you've quoted incorrect facts on here still remember the "I'm an expert you won't get a work permit" comments you made a couple of years ago

Thought the company was Euromachtech, not Euromartech. Possibly my error, possibly two companies with A similar name.
However, your trying to just avoid the main principle. If the accusations are true, it's dishonest and blatant cheating and the length of time the company has been in existence is irrelevant. I wish I hadn't mentioned it, it's not the point!

Just pointing out that you have previous on jumping to the wrong conclusions.
It's ironic we've come from being sued by players for not paying contract money to now being accused for now paying them too much money.
