No doubt after Lawyers still look at each piece of fiscal legislation and try and circumvent it to the good of their clients that is what they are paid very highly to do. Yawnian are most likely the worst protaganists of this practice, the rule should be if you earn it here you pay the proper tax here no ifs or buts.
