First accept sadness. Realise that without losing 70% of the time, winning wouldn't be such a relief.

In any other sport the governing body would never get away with such injustices, shows how weak the sport is in tackling inequality!

Don't get me wrong I think Carney should have been punished but how can it warrant an extra 3 games compared to what Zak Hardaker said? There is just no logic to it and I think this proves beyond any doubt that the RFL are corrupt and have an agenda. This kind of 'make it up as you go along to fit' governing of the sport just makes their actions appear contrived and prejudiced. It's beyond comprehension, you can get a one match ban for deliberately standing on somebody with intent to injure and get 8 games for losing your cool after a sledging and giving back verbal abuse. It's no wonder the Salford public won't turn up in bigger numbers to watch rugby league.

Looking at Justin Carneys record with mrp right back to the beginning of his Castleford spell it's clear he's not learned any lessons from being banned. When he's completed his next spell he will have been missing for more than 20 games which are just games banned for not including injuries.It's a luxury that even Salford can't afford.

Considering this incident I wonder if the club has grounds for dismissal (If an even better wing option was available) if they chose to take that route? A long shot I know but how about Denny Solomona after the Sale season finishes this month?? Isn't there some special allowance on the cap now for attracting players back to RL? I wonder if this was what Koukash was referring to with his cryptic tweet about one door shut and another one open?

Have the rules changed since 2014 when Zak Hardakre was found guilty of Homophobic abuse which was then regarded as a Grade E offence and given a five match ban?
I understand this Grade F allegation has a potential sanction of 10 games.

What makes it more bizarre is that Zac's indiscretion was on camera and shared all over social media yet the general public has seen or heard no proof of Justin's.
Add to that Micky Mac has got just a 1 game suspension for that disgusting attempt to injure Jake Webster with a deliberate malicious stamp on a prone player.

I don't think the severity of this offence warrants the length of the ban when compared to thuggish violations such as deliberately attempting to physically injure a person. This is more about the RFL saying look at us we are a governing body of a sport with politically correct beliefs and Carney has been severely punished by the RFL to make them feel better about themselves. There is just no logic to the disparity in punishments when comparing physical and verbal offences to the criminal justice system. There is no place for racism in RL and I think it's only right that Carney was banned but let the punishment fit the crime rather than using it as a PR stunt.

Sad preacher nailed upon the coloured door of time;
Insane teacher be there reminded of the rhyme.
There'll be no mutant enemy we shall certify;
Political ends, as sad remains, will die.
