and I'm still waiting for 'the ticket office manager' to ring me back!

Same thing happenend to one of the e mails that was was sent out to my brother .I have been advised by the lady I spoke to on the phone for him to print of the e mail and bring it with him along with his id to the ticket office.
Just to be on the safe side I`m taking the flyers we recieved and some id.
