Whilst ex Salford coach Ian Watson has taken Hudds from a 7th place finish to a 9th place finish lol.

Ive said for a number of seasons he is utterly overated whilst Salford fans claimed he was up there with Wayne Bennett

As a warrington fan you would think you would know if something is overrated or not, having spent all those years with marque signings and the club still failing to deliver. As a Hudds fan i'm massively disappointed with our season but know enough to recognise that to rate Watson properly he needs to have had a season without 16 injuries at a time and having actually had the opportunity to play all his first choice spine players together in a single game let alone over a run.
on the positive side we have shown what a great academy we now have and are bringing them through at a better rate than many including wire.....

odd time to do it - was clear where they were going to end up a long time ago.
whoever comes in now has someone elses team, to go straight into pre season.

Strange decision by Salford. They must think that when (if) Toulouse get promoted they might have the weakest squad in Super League 2022 and therefore need a 'top drawer' coach....whoever that maybe ?
