Let’s look at the contenders….

St Helens - too predictable in attack. The ball is always going to Lomax so just man mark him.

Wigan - quite possibly the worst ever pack of a top 5 team in rugby league history. Their middles make about 2 meters a drive.

Warrington - lol. Average backs, below average pack and about 16 half backs. No chance.

Warrington have already beaten catalans twice this season so I'm pretty sure they'd have a good chance of stopping them!

Would be very impressive if they won it.

14 games with 11 being in England yet they sit top of the table.

I wish the NZ Warriors had the mental strength Catalan have rather than finding a reason to clock off.

Agreed. The fixture congestion and imbalance has ruined the season sadly.

The NZ warriors have had to do it tough this year....and now their first home game for nearly 2 years is off because of the Aussie resurgence in infections. We'd bought flights tickets and booked the hotel....a full house was expected....but they are now having to return to Queensland as their base....700+ days since they've had a home game.....that's doing it tough and they've lost plenty of games this year by a score or less.....they're far better than their position on the table suggests.

This has nothing to do with Wigan being, well, a bit average this season ?

Every club has to deal with the postponed fixtures and Catalan deserve immense credit for being top of the pile at the moment.
They have all of the issues that other clubs have plus, huge amounts of travel, plus the disruption that comes along with that travel.

Go on, take your Starbucks badge off for a moment and give them just a little bit of credit. Go on, it wont hurt (too much).

It's a fantastic effort, so far but, nothing is won or lost in July (apart from the Cup Final) and there is still a long way to go before anyone lifts the trophy at Old Trafford. - It may even be Wigan that are champions, at which point you will have, no doubt, changed your tune.
Mind you, at this point the LLS looks like it will be Catalan, Saints or Warrington.
