He's charged of assaulting his partner, to which he's pleaded not guilty at a hearing earlier in the year; proper trial goes ahead in Feb I think.

In the interest if accuracy and the avoidance of false accusations, hes be charged with Grievous Bodily Harm not assault. Massive difference.

Wouldnt want ane getting in trouble for posting false information regarding such a sensitive subject.
