Anyone know if it is possible to get from Toulouse to Carcassone by rail on a Sunday for a 1625 departure from Carcassone airport?

yeh should be straight forward mate, just check on raileurope website, just google tgv, its also possible to book your tickets on there, thats what i did when i went down with the eagles

Yeh you can ive booked a train tickets online, were leaving toulouse at 10 and getting to carcassonne for 11

how did the Toulouse / Carcasone trip work out?

Me and a few mates are doing pretty much the same. a week in Carcasone travelling in for the Widnes game!

Went ahead without too much of a hitch, I hear (we used Catalans Sports Tours for our transfer). Get a taxi from Carcassonne Airport to the train station, and Toulouse station is very close to the city centre, though there are tons of Metro stations around and about if you don't fancy a taxi or walking it.
