Sam Moa has got his visa so that takes up the quota spot. Looks like the Crocker move is well and truly dead.

Not at present AFAIK. He has re-applied and apparently we'll know within 25 days. He did this around Feb 9th so we should know one way or another by early March.

If his visa is accepted on appeal, then Bird's and Eastwood's should accepted. Or else Bradford and Leeds will really kick off.
